You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where products are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.

If you would like an exchange you have 14 days to return product to us. A 15% restocking fee will apply on returned products. Please ensure that the product is returned in the original packaging. The buyer pays for return shipping.
